2. Website delivery and hosting

This website is delivered through OpenAI Sites. When you access it, technically necessary connection and log data may be processed, including IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser and device information, referrer, and error or security data.

Processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably and to prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and dependable operation of this website. OpenAI Ireland Ltd. processes the data on our behalf and may use sub-processors under the current Sites data-protection terms.

Log data is kept only for as long as required for operation, security and fault analysis or to meet legal obligations. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the safeguards described in the OpenAI Sites Data Processing Addendum apply, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate.

3. Analytics, cookies and embedded content

The website application does not add analytics or marketing trackers, marketing cookies, chatbots or embedded videos. Technically necessary processing by the hosting service remains unaffected. YouTube content is offered only as an external link, not as an embedded player.

4. External links to Skool and YouTube

Your browser connects to an external provider only after you open its link. The provider’s own privacy and usage terms then apply. The German Skool link contains a referral parameter that can technically attribute where a visit originated. This website does not preload Skool or YouTube content.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your sender address, message and any information you choose to provide in order to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries. Proton Mail is used for email communication.

The retention period depends on the purpose of the enquiry and on statutory retention or evidence obligations. Once those purposes cease to apply and no corresponding obligation remains, continued storage is no longer required.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, email welcome.4gen.club@proton.me.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. The competent Austrian authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

7. Automated decision-making

This website does not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
